We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Retirement Housing Officer to join our team at Incommunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have a caring and empathetic approach, with experience working with diverse customer groups. You will be able to maintain confidentiality, work effectively in a team, and possess good IT skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct welfare checks on residents to ensure their safety and well-being
  • Oversee the use of communal areas, monitor building safety and maintenance issues, and coordinate external services
  • Work with customers and external agencies to resolve issues and provide high-quality services
  • Collaborate with other departments and agencies to address resident and tenancy-related concerns
Requirements
  • A caring and empathetic approach to working with customers
  • Experience working with diverse customer groups
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft systems
  • A current UK driver's license and access to a car for business use
