Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic Sales & Recruitment Team at Walsall College. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and matching apprenticeship candidates with the right vacancies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and shortlisting high-quality apprenticeship candidates
  • Pro-actively matching candidates with suitable vacancies
  • Liaising with employers and applicants to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Attending careers events to promote the college and its apprenticeships
