Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care activities such as washing, personal hygiene, dressing, and assisting with meals.
  • Deliver care that is tailored to each resident's individual needs, promoting their dignity and sense of individuality.
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, including helping residents with limited mobility to learn to use aids.
