About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Personal Care Assistant to provide support to a busy disabled individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily personal care, meal preparation, social activities, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks for the individual
  • Accompany the individual on social and leisure activities
  • Provide support to maintain independence
  • Transport the individual to appointments and outings
  • Administer medication safely and as prescribed

Requirements:

  • Full UK work permit
  • Experienced driver with a competent English language skill
  • Live-out arrangement
  • Ability to commit to more than 6 months of work
  • Flexibility to work a 7-10 day rota with full 24-hour cover
  • Ability to sleep over when on duty
