Job Overview

Hastings Hotels, a family-owned luxury hotel group in Northern Ireland, seeks a skilled professional to join its Food & Beverage Team at the esteemed Culloden Estate and Spa.

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to assist guests within the function/meetings area, providing the highest standards of service and ensuring all guests' needs and expectations are met.

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about the facilities and services within the hotel and proactive in selling these to guests.

Key responsibilities include setting up function and meeting rooms according to guest requirements, maintaining a clean and tidy environment, and complying with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will also work effectively with colleagues to ensure a harmonious working environment where all staff are treated with respect.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately £18,000 - £27,600 (based on 8 hours/day, 5 days/week), depending on age and experience.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have a good command of the English language, right to work in the United Kingdom, and be educated to GCSE level or equivalent with Grades A-C in English and Maths.

Must have good communication skills, a professional appearance, and previous experience in a similar position is desirable.
