About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Homecare Assistant to join our team in the Winchester area. As a key member of our team, you'll provide high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have a valid UK driving license, access to a car or vehicle, and excellent communication skills. A Level 2 qualification in health and social care is desirable but not essential.

You'll work every other weekend, or one day every weekend, and be expected to work flexibly to meet the needs of our customers. In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £13.50-£14 per hour, paid travel time, and a range of benefits.
