Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Fitness Class Instructor to join our team at Brio Leisure. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group exercise classes to our members, promoting a safe and fun environment for all participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert group exercise classes to small and large groups
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to members
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of group exercise classes and their benefits
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Requirements:

  • Recognized fitness class qualification (e.g. Bodyattack, Bodycombat, Bodypump, Indoor Cycling, Zumba/Dance, Body conditioning, Pilates & Aquafit)
  • Experience in delivering group exercise classes to diverse age groups and fitness levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
