About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual to join our Cardiff office in Nantgarw as an Executive Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, identifying and recruiting top talent for our clients, and developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing strategic recruitment plans
- Sourcing and recruiting high-level candidates through various channels
- Building strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients on recruitment best practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in executive recruitment or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting high-level candidates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £32,000pa and an OTE of £38k year 1. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you succeed in your role.
