Job Overview
The Operations Business Unit is the backbone of our business, responsible for distilling our spirit, bottling our brands, processing orders, and delivering them worldwide. This role will provide dedicated support to the UK Packaging function, covering a diverse range of activities. It offers an opportunity to step into an operationally focused role that will provide broad exposure across the Packaging function.
Please note that this position is a 9-hour contract on a 9-month fixed-term basis. There is full flexibility for the successful candidate on the day(s) worked.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing financial analysis and administrative support to the Packaging function, including day-to-day processes on Spirit, Duty, and overhead expenditure.
- Supporting with financial analysis of key forecasting cycles (i.e., Budget, Five-Year Plan, and Latest Estimate), as well as ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Delivering robust and accurate KPIs for reporting; applying an organized and detail-oriented approach.
You will possess strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders, work cooperatively alongside others, and proactively immerse yourself in the business. You will be highly organized and able to assess tasks and prioritize accordingly to adhere to deadlines. You will have proven analytical skills, paying close attention to detail, and the ability to identify and explain financial results and KPIs effectively.
