We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Postgraduate Research Coordination Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering administration support for postgraduate research programmes and related activities within our Business School.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative assistance to the PGR Support team in the delivery of postgraduate research programmes and related activities.
- Support a variety of activities across postgraduate research administration, including admissions, course administration, and programme support.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, students, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- An understanding of excellent customer service principles and the ability to provide high-quality support to students and staff.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to seeking out information and resolving issues.
- Experience working with systems, software packages, and processes, with a willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
- A competitive salary of £28,879 - £33,232 per annum, depending on experience.
