Sanctuary Personnel is a leading recruitment agency specialising in Social Work placements. We are currently seeking an experienced Children's Services Team Lead to join our team at a well-established Children's MASH Hub in the UK.
Job Description:- Lead a team of practitioners in managing child protection cases
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure best practice
- Work closely with other agencies to ensure effective communication and collaboration
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of child protection procedures and protocols, as well as excellent leadership and management skills. You will also need to have a degree or equivalent in social work, current Social Work England registration, and recent managerial experience working as a Team Manager or similar role.
