Accounting Assessor and Lecturer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assessor and Lecturer to join our team at Newcastle & Stafford Colleges Group. As an Assessor and Lecturer in Accounting, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality apprenticeships and underpinning knowledge to students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local employers, including the development of Higher Apprenticeships.
  • Deliver high-quality apprenticeships through workplace assessment and underpinning knowledge, with a bias towards accounting at levels 2-4.
  • Take an active part in the recruitment of new apprentices through contact with local employers, managing key accounts, schools/colleges, and events.
  • Complete all required information under projects, including Initial Assessment and Individual Learning Plan.
Requirements:
  • Hold appropriate Assessor and/or Teaching qualifications (desirable but not essential).
  • Have relevant industrial experience within the accounting sector.
