Restaurant Ambassador

Are you a customer-focused individual looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Ambassador to join our team at Andy's sit in and takeaway. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every dining experience meets our high standards.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $15-$25, depending on experience and location. Our full-time and part-time opportunities offer competitive benefits, including tips, and flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends as required.

We require previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, knowledge of food safety practices, and strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. If you have a basic understanding of maths and can work well in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

This role involves greeting and welcoming guests promptly, taking accurate orders using a point-of-sale system, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area. You will also be responsible for handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food delivered.
