About the Job:

The Espresso Machine Sales Specialist at Whole Latte Love is a unique role that combines sales and customer service to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction. This position requires a deep understanding of coffee products and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and support on purchasing, using, and maintaining home espresso machines and other coffee-related products

Sales Strategies:

  • Identify and pursue opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer's coffee experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Product Expertise:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest coffee products and industry trends through ongoing training and education
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, coffee makers, and other brewing devices and accessories

Qualifications:

  • Strong passion for coffee and a desire to become an expert in the field
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using various communication platforms (phone, chat, email, video)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly wage: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
