We are seeking an exceptional Senior Medical Director to lead our Unplanned Care Division, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services across 11 specialties.

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Unplanned Care Division, including supervising senior medical leaders and implementing strategic plans to achieve national standards and targets. This role requires a strong clinical background, with experience in leadership, budgetary management, and supervising junior doctors.
As a key member of our Divisional Leadership Team, you will contribute to shaping our organisational strategy, driving innovation, and promoting excellence in patient care. Main Responsibilities- Lead the Unplanned Care Division, developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve national standards and targets.
- Supervise senior medical leaders, ensuring effective management of resources and delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with the Divisional Leadership Team to drive innovation and promote excellence in patient care.
- Contribute to organisational strategy development, ensuring alignment with Trust objectives and national policies.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve patient safety, quality, and experience.
