Job Title: Aircraft Maintenance Planning Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Maintenance Planning Team Lead to join our team at Twenty84. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and enhancement of our maintenance planning function, ensuring it meets both regulatory requirements and our business's growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and enhancement of the maintenance planning function, ensuring it meets both regulatory requirements and the business's growth ambitions.
  • Adviser Supervision: Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a robust maintenance planning framework that aligns with regulatory requirements, overseeing maintenance records, fit and proper assessments, and certification.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong working relationships with maintenance staff and other stakeholders, balancing commercial needs with regulatory responsibilities.
  • Competitive Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise and experience.
