About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at Oscar Technology. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our IT estate, implementing continuous improvement, and managing in an outsourced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our Microsoft Exchange and Azure infrastructure
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT operations
  • Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality results
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for IT-related operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements
