Senior Sales and Relationship Professional

Talent Magpie is seeking a Senior Sales and Relationship Professional to join our team in the South West region. This role offers the opportunity to take on a challenging and rewarding position with significant growth potential.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing independent accounts, meeting KPIs, and achieving sales targets within the Major Domestic Appliances sector.
A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits, is offered for this exciting opportunity.
About the Position- Develop and implement long-term business strategies to meet and exceed sales and profit objectives, ensuring sustained growth.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with key accounts and independent clients across Southeast England through regular in-person engagements.
- Maximize sales opportunities by nurturing partnerships with existing clients while securing new prospects.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Residing in SouthWest England with the flexibility to travel to clients in the region three days per week.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management or field sales, with a proven track record of managing independent accounts.
- Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs and achieving sales targets, ideally within the Major Domestic Appliances (MDA) sector.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
