About the Role
We are seeking a talented Architect to join our client's collaborative and social office in Leeds. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and technically excellent designs that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop medium to large-scale complex projects, incorporating sustainable principles and good technical expertise.
- Work closely with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve our services.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the company, through proactive and positive approach to work.
Requirements
- Substantial post-qualification experience in a UK architectural practice.
- ARB registered.
- Proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Demonstratable technical excellence.
- Proactive and positive approach to work.
- Keen to input to company growth.
- Experience working across a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Sector experience in retail, industrial, sports & leisure, and commercial.
- Ideal job-running experience.
- Ability to assist in supporting emergent team members.
