Governance Risk Manager

At Better Days Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled Governance Risk professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the governance framework and reporting function within our organization.
This role will ensure that governance is effectively implemented and maintained across the organization, and that all internal and external reporting requirements are met.
The Governance Risk professional will work closely with the Head of Governance & Reporting, Group Head of GRC, the Group CISO, the Head of Information Security, and various stakeholders to promote transparency, accountability, and compliance with relevant requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective governance frameworks and risk management strategies
- Oversee and manage reporting functions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote transparency and accountability
- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of governance across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in technology, information security, or a related field
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, or a related field
- Deep understanding of corporate governance principles, risk management frameworks, and reporting standards
- Proficiency in governance and reporting software tools
