Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate STEM Academic Mentor to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. As a STEM Academic Mentor, you will play a vital role in inspiring and supporting young people in their STEM education journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive STEM education programs to secondary school students.
  • Work closely with teachers and school staff to provide additional support and guidance to students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement STEM-related projects and activities.
  • Contribute to the development of STEM education resources and materials.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2:1 STEM-related degree from a top 20 university.
  • Strong passion for STEM education and a commitment to inspiring young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced education setting.
