About the Role

Galliford Try is seeking a seasoned Principal Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure business, utilizing their expertise to drive commercial excellence across our projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all commercial aspects of projects, including cost planning, risk management, and contract administration.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Provide commercial support to project teams, ensuring that all commercial activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize financial exposure.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and processes, driving continuous improvement across the business.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in commercial management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
