Rise2Recruit is seeking a motivated and ambitious Trainee Broker to join our dynamic team at a leading private equity firm in the heart of London. As a Trainee Broker, you will play a key role in generating new business leads, engaging with potential clients, and staying informed on capital markets and current affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make 300-500 outbound calls per day to high-net-worth individuals to generate new business leads and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Stay up-to-date on capital markets and current affairs to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
  • Work with a range of financial products, including IPOs, Bonds, Fixed Income, REITs, and ETFs, to identify opportunities and provide solutions for clients

What We're Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • A minimum of GCSEs in Maths and English (C grade or above)
