We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Rugby, with a proven track record of success in Industrial and Driving sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving business growth. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £33,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission.

The Role
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Understand clients' hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Resource, screen, and place candidates.
  • Provide insights and advice to clients and candidates.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and candidates.
  • Ensure high-level service meets client expectations and candidate satisfaction.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Work towards monthly/quarterly KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Update internal systems.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in recruitment and sales.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of generating new business.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
