About this Role:
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter and Plumber to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in installing kitchens and bathrooms, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
This is a field-based role, covering the Cornwall area, and may involve working across various internal workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide a premium fault-fixing and maintenance service at multiple sites within our portfolio.
About You:
Requirements- You should hold a core trade qualification in Carpentry/Plumbing or have equivalent experience.
- A good understanding of multi-skilled abilities is essential.
- You must hold a full UK driving licence.
- A competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- A company vehicle and fuel card for business use.
- A defined contribution pension scheme with employer contributions ranging from 6% to 9%.
