About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Business Analyst to join our team in Farnborough, Hampshire. As a key member of our Financial Services organisation, you will work on a Contract basis, with a constant portfolio of project work and a hybrid arrangement that includes occasional office work.

Your New Role

You will work with an exceptional business that offers a fantastic working environment, company culture, and long-term prospects. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Conducting holistic analysis of business situations to define problem statements and high-level requirements.
  2. Collaborating with Domain Owners, Product Owners, Project Leads, and SMEs to capture high-level and detailed business requirements.
  3. Determining and implementing effective solutions to meet business requirements and solve complex business and IT problems.
  4. Contributing to overall test strategy and planning, and supporting documentation of User Acceptance Test Cases.
  5. Supporting systems testing activities and multi-business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing.
  6. Working with Solution Architects and Developers to review and refine business requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A strong history as a Business Analyst working within the Automotive industry with strong Financial Sector experience.
  2. Multiple instances of working with vendors and third parties on Contract Management.
  3. Hands-on UAT testing and script writing experience.
  4. Experience in leading re-engineering and change management projects.
  5. Knowledge of payment systems (a bonus but not a pre-requisite).
