IT Infrastructure Manager

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the IT Manager will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the school's IT infrastructure strategy. This includes overseeing the management, security, and maintenance of the administrative and curriculum ICT network, as well as ensuring the stability and security of the network.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of IT technicians, providing 2nd/3rd line support, and ensuring that all IT operations are carried out in line with school policies. They will also be responsible for day-to-day management of all IT operations, ensuring that requests are dealt with quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the school's ICT network infrastructure, including software and hardware.
- Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to staff and students.
- Ensure that all IT operations are carried out in line with school policies and procedures.
- Manage a team of IT technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement IT strategies to support the school's curriculum and administrative needs.
