Residential Care Assistant

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Hanover Housing Association Ltd. As a Home Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support services to individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a rota covering various shifts over 3 shift patterns, supporting a work / life balance.
- Provide personal care and housing support in line with customer-agreed care plans.
- Assist with personal mobility support, daily personal tasks, and general housekeeping.
- Administer medication from level 1-4.
Requirements:
- Able to demonstrate Hanover's values of Inclusion, Accountability, Respect, and Collaboration.
- Ability to work flexibly and travel between developments within the area.
- Ability to work flexibly and as a lone worker, covering a 24-hour shift rota.
- Ability to use Microsoft 365 and have general ICT competence.
- 1 year experience in Care or Housing environment.
- SVQ level 2 or above and be willing to work towards an SVQ 3.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro-rata).
