About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our major water project in North Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure successful project completion
  • Lead and manage project teams, subcontractors, and resources to achieve project objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure efficient resource allocation
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and deliver high-quality results
  • Continuously improve project processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager in civil engineering projects, preferably in the water sector
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • In-depth knowledge of water project management, including regulatory compliance and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate complex challenges and find effective solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations in construction and a commitment to ensuring a safe working environment
