About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Class 1 Driver to join our team at Gist. As a Class 1 Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of goods between our depots, warehouses, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport goods via single or double-deck trailers between our locations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve delivery targets
  • Represent Gist to customers and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Class 1 licence with at least 18 months of driving experience
  • Maximum of 6 endorsements with no accidents in the last 12 months
  • No points for drinking or consuming illegal substances while driving
  • Manual handling of goods or multi-drop experience is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 3 CPC units

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base rate of £16.70
  • Saturday rate of £17.81
  • Sunday rate of £18.37
