Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging lessons in Psychology
  • Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials
  • Assess and evaluate students' progress
  • Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
  • Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment
  • Collaborate with other faculty members on curriculum development
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Teaching qualification and/or relevant teaching experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Psychology curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
  • Passion for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in students' lives
  • Organizational and time management skills
