Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lunchtime Organiser. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our students during meal times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Caring for children at lunchtime in the dining hall during meal service
- Caring for the children outdoors on the playground or in classrooms on wet days
- Organising and overseeing play activities outdoors or in the classroom
- Meeting the physical demands of the role
- Maintaining a high standard of safety and hygiene for children at lunchtime
- Being adaptable to the changing needs of the role
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Ability to work as part of a team
- High level of commitment to our students
- Capacity to develop skills quickly
Working Arrangements:
This is a permanent position working term time only. The successful candidate will be required to work a 10-hour contract.
Salary:
The salary for this position is £5,358.

Language Requirements:
The ability to converse at ease with customers and service users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is an essential requirement of this post.
