**Job Role:**

We are looking for a skilled Carbon Specialist to support the execution of CarbonChain products. As a key member of our team, you will source and process supply chain emissions data, developing customer-facing products that showcase our expertise.

The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of sustainability-driven technical fields, including carbon accounting and reporting standards. They will also demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and effectively communicate complex ideas to stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve our carbon footprint methodology, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyze and process large datasets related to carbon emissions, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the product team to design and implement new features, enhancing our customer-facing products.
  • Provide expert guidance on carbon accounting and reporting standards, ensuring compliance with industry requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of our team's knowledge and expertise, sharing best practices and insights.
Requirements and Benefits:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environment, Sustainability, or Climate-related quantitative discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in relevant sustainability-driven technical fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
  • Salary range: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • 26 days of annual leave.
