Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Claims Adjuster to join our team in London. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for managing and adjusting claims within your authority, ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and adjust claims within your authority, ensuring that claims are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Liaise with claims agreement parties, loss adjusters, lawyers, brokers, and underwriting teams to ensure that claims are handled promptly and fairly.
- Report claims in accordance with claims reporting requirements.
- Ensure that relevant records are made and kept in accordance with our procedures and compliance manuals.
- Attend claims meetings and discussions.
- ACII qualification or progressing towards ACII qualification or relevant experience.
- Sound business knowledge and understanding of underlying principles of insurance practice, generic legal principles, FCA rules and regulations, and Lloyd's regulations.
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
