Family Solicitor Opportunity

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a talented and motivated Family Solicitor to join our thriving Derbyshire-based Family Department. As a Family Solicitor within this team, you will be expected to handle a diverse range of private family law matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Expert Legal Advice and Advocacy: Handle private family law matters, including separation and divorce, financial remedy applications, financial matters for cohabitees, and private law children matters.
  • Manage Cases with Minimal Supervision: Work independently to manage cases with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Engage Directly with Clients: Deliver personalized legal solutions to clients, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
  • Travel between Offices: Travel between our offices as required to meet client needs, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor or CILEx: Possess a qualified Solicitor or full CILEx qualification, with a strong understanding of family law.
  • Membership of Resolution: Membership of Resolution and adherence to its code of practice is preferred.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Willingness to participate in marketing initiatives to promote the firm and team.
