About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents across four services in the West Yorkshire region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessments, goal setting, and interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of resident progress and care plans.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
• Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
• Proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a care home setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
