We are seeking an experienced Environmental Sampling Expert to join our team in Kent, Southeast. This role offers a competitive salary of £33,000 - £38,500 + Comprehensive Benefits Package and the opportunity to work with a leading UK consultancy on exciting projects.
The successful candidate will have certifications such as P402, P403, and P404 and be able to conduct environmental sampling, perform air testing, and liaise with clients, contractors, and public representatives. They will also work on management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys across commercial, domestic, and public sector properties.

Responsibilities:
Liaise daily with clients, contractors, and public representatives.
Perform air testing, including leak tests and 4-stage clearance for reoccupation.

Undertake bulk sampling in your assigned area.
