Job Summary

This position involves assisting Maintenance Managers in scheduling reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works across the company's portfolio in the North of England and South West. Key responsibilities include managing diaries, prioritizing tasks, and utilizing internal software effectively.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in scheduling contractors' workload by priority, proven experience in a similar position, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team. Familiarity with CAFM software for reactive and PPM works is essential, along with knowledge of health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the diaries of Maintenance Managers
  • Schedule reactive and PPM works for the portfolio
  • Prioritize tasks and utilize Maintenance Managers/external contractors for necessary works
Salary Information

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
