Job Title: Accountancy Practice PartnerWe are seeking an experienced Accountancy Practice Partner to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our accountancy practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of our accountancy practice strategy, ensuring alignment with our overall business goals.
- Manage and motivate a team of accountants and support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with our central teams to ensure effective financial management, operational efficiency, and strategic growth.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging our internal referral scheme to drive growth and expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Model and promote Xeinadin's vision, values, and standards, creating a positive and inclusive work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, with experience in accountancy practice management.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
