About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Director to lead our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans and strategies to meet the needs of our residents.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the financial sustainability of the care home.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including healthcare professionals and families.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior care management role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
