Heavy Equipment Operator I-UK

Key Responsibilities:
As a Heavy Equipment Operator I-UK at AgReserves, you will be responsible for operating a variety of farm equipment with a high degree of proficiency. This includes performing service and care of equipment as required, supporting various assignments and tasks with a high degree of quality and efficiency, and helping maintain the appearance of the overall property including shop areas and fence lines.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated experience in operating farm equipment.
- Valid driver's license.
- First Aid and CPR certified or ability to obtain these certifications within expected timeframe.
- Trade school or other relevant education and certifications desired.
- Demonstrated display of high integrity and honesty.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with basic math skills: addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
- Meet the physical requirements of the role which includes occasional lifting up to 70 pounds, bending, kneeling, and twisting throughout work period.
