As a Tax Lawyer at Walker Morris, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team where you will have the opportunity to develop your career and work on a wide range of tax-related projects.

The Walker Morris tax team provides advice and support to all areas of the firm, and as a Tax Lawyer, you will be exposed to a variety of work, including:

  • Working on M&A transactions, negotiating documents, and helping to structure transactions;
  • Preparing and advising on incentive schemes, from approved EMI schemes to stock options and restricted securities;
  • Providing advice on real estate transactions, including VAT, SDLT, and capital allowances;
  • Assisting other teams on tax issues related to employment, commercial, and construction.

As a Tax Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to hone your skills, get involved in business development, and work with clients on a regular basis.
