About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Manager to join our team at Corecruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the development of new products and processes that meet market demands and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a cross-functional team to develop innovative food products aligned with market trends and customer needs.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept creation to commercialization, ensuring successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, Production, and Quality Assurance, to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for new products and improvements to existing product lines.
  • Manage the product development budget, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Ensure all new products comply with relevant food safety regulations and internal quality standards.
  • Engage with suppliers to source new ingredients and packaging solutions that enhance product offerings.
  • Present new product concepts and development progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the product development department.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product development within a food production environment.
  • Experience working with Halal products, ideally including Chicken.
  • Degree educated in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and financial drivers in the food industry.
