Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Process Modeling and Simulation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial process modeling and simulation software and experience in selling to highly technical engineering users, managers, and leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing vertical industry specific sales frameworks and account plans to engage and win business with large enterprise clients in OLI's high priority vertical markets. They will also be responsible for defining and executing client acquisition, development, and retention plans to successfully attain quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute vertical industry specific sales frameworks and account plans to engage and win business with large enterprise clients in OLI's high priority vertical markets.
  • Define and execute client acquisition, development, and retention plans to successfully attain quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Support marketing and thought leadership efforts by engaging with industry organizations, attending key industry events, identifying and qualifying leads, and creating revenue pipeline.
  • Invest in building strong and deep client relationships, expand OLI relationships with senior executive decision makers, and be the internal OLI champion for an unrelenting focus on customer success and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, or a related science or engineering discipline.
  • A range of 7-10 years' experience in enterprise sales, including global account management, business development, and sales enablement, with a strong track record of successful performance and sales quota attainment.
  • Experience in selling asset and process modeling and simulation software to industrial, capital-intensive businesses, preferably with companies such as Aspentech, Aveva, Honeywell, Emerson, KBC, AutoCAD, Bentley, etc.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
