About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AWS Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS.
  • Manage and resolve complex customer issues related to cloud infrastructure.
  • Provide support across all Microsoft enterprise services and the full Microsoft 365 stack.
  • Manage security solutions, including Azure Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and CVE vulnerabilities.
  • Optimize infrastructure for cost efficiency, security, and performance.
  • Report performance metrics and risk assessments to senior management.
  • Ensure service delivery meets performance targets.
Requirements
  • Strong skills in core infrastructure including Active Directory, Microsoft Server, and VMware.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure management and security.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
