Job Title: Coffee Connoisseur
Pay Rate: £12.00 per hour (estimated annual salary: £24,960)

As a Barista with Blue Arrow, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality coffee drinks. You will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and safe working environment, handle cash transactions, and provide excellent customer experiences.

• Crafting specialty coffee drinks using high-quality ingredients
• Providing outstanding customer service, answering questions, and addressing concerns
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Handling cash transactions, processing payments, and managing inventory
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
