About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of weekly and monthly payroll, including new starters, leavers, timesheets, pension, and HMRC submissions.

You will ensure the accurate and confidential recording of all wages, salaries, and HR information in line with GDPR regulations. Additionally, you will resolve all payroll queries as and when they arise and ensure the accurate recording of pension information and timely submission of returns and payments to the relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end processing of payroll, including new starters, leavers, timesheets, pension, and HMRC submissions.
  • Accurate and confidential recording of wages, salaries, and HR information.
  • Resolution of payroll queries and accurate recording of pension information.
  • Timely submission of returns and payments to relevant authorities.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar level role.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
