Care Professional with a Personal Touch

About the Role:
At Right at Home, Bristol, we are seeking an experienced Care Professional to join our team as a Trainee Field Care Supervisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes. As a Trainee Field Care Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in creating, reviewing, and assessing support plans that cater to the unique needs of our clients.
We offer a comprehensive 6-month training program, led by our Registered Manager, to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. You will receive full training on writing and updating high-quality, person-centered care plans, as well as support in attending new referral meetings with potential clients.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £22,500 - £23,500 per annum
- Bonus Scheme: Up to 5% of annual salary
- Full Training Program: 6 months with our Registered Manager
- Support in New Referral Meetings: Attend meetings with potential clients to build relationships and assess their needs
- Opportunity to Complete NVQ Levels: Level 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care and Management
- Mileage Allowance: Claimable expenses for work-related travel

About the Job:
As a Trainee Field Care Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Creating, reviewing, and assessing support plans for our clients
- Attending new referral assessments with potential clients to build relationships and assess their needs
- Writing and reviewing person-centered support plans to ensure the best possible care
- Conducting spot checks on staff members, providing constructive feedback to support their development
- Motivating and leading others to achieve excellent care outcomes
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Experience in a care role, preferably in a supervisory capacity
- A kind and compassionate nature, with a passion for delivering high-quality care
- A valid Full Driving License and access to a vehicle for work-related travel
- Satisfactory Enhanced DBS Check, which we will facilitate
- Flexible working hours and willingness to participate in on-call duties as part of a large team
- Basic IT skills, desirable but not essential
