We are seeking a talented and dedicated Sous Chef to join our team at Prezzo in Hinckley. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading by example, driving performance, and ensuring consistency in all aspects of kitchen operations.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for Italian cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to lead your team, take charge of processes such as health and safety, stock management, and staff development, while working closely with our Head Chef.

As a Prezzo Sous Chef, you will be accountable for preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen inventory, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
