Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Peer Supporter. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury and their families in the Northumberland community.

As a Peer Supporter, you will work closely with our clinical team to provide one-to-one support and group work to develop confidence and promote rehabilitation among service users. You will also contribute to the development of a bank of former and existing service users to ensure meaningful service user involvement in all our service developments.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to confidently discuss their own brain injury rehab journey with service users, and demonstrate a commitment to Complete CNTW Peer Support Educational Programme. A good level of secondary education and strong team-working skills are also essential for this role.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits, including access to pool cars for staff visits to support service users across the county.
